All pricing calculations and estimates generated on this website via our Cost & Pricing Estimator tool are good-faith estimates for budgeting purposes and do not constitute a binding contract. Final monthly residency fees are determined following a comprehensive pre-admission clinical assessment conducted by our Medical Director and Director of Clinical Services to ensure we can meet each individual resident’s specific care needs.

Serene Meadows Living is licensed by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) as a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE License #415600821). We operate in full compliance with Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and California Health & Safety Code provisions governing senior residential care.
